White-Fish-Medley Receipe

Food is such an integral part of our lives, family and friends, and it is a privilege to be able to create something that essential. “We are what we eat”.

First easy receipe to prepare:

White-Fish-Medley

Serves 4-6
1 lb. snapper
½ fennel, sliced
1 large carrot, grated
1 cup of vegetable stock
½ cup of cream
3 tbsp. herbs de Provence or dill
1 tbsp tumeric
Sea salt and pepper

Preparation:
Sauté the vegetables in some butter and olive oil, add the stock, herbs, tumeric and cream and let simmer for 10-15 min. Carefully lower the snapper into the pot, cover, and let it simmer on low heat for a few minutes until cooked. Add salt and pepper to taste.
