Countdown to Dreams Coming True = Hispanicize 2012!

By Lynn Ponder: Something magical and motivating is happening in Miami at the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel from April 10-13, 2012 and its called Hispanicize 2012. The largest gathering of Industry Executives, Media, Latino Filmmakers, Bloggers and Brands will all get together for four days to share knowledge about Latino trends, technology, marketing campaigns, films and much more.

Hispanicize is the leading Social Media Resource for Hispanic Marketers and Influencers and they are helping create a solid infrastructure of respect and competitive social media business practices lead by the one and only Manny Ruiz who is following an amaZing vision with his extraordinary team: Cristy Clavijo-Kish, Katherine Johnson and Bill Gato creating an event not only to profit but for the benefit of all of us who have dreams and desires to make our world a better place by the power of goodness in the business of social media.

A total of 125 Speakers including Latino & Latina Bloggers, Media, Entertainment and Industry professionals will participate within 85 sessions. We will find out about Top Hispanic Advertisers successful case studies and brands like Ford, Disney, BlackBerry, StateFarm, Google, Dunkin Donuts, Suave, Clorox, GeneralMotors, Radio Shack, UnitedHealthcare, WalMart, Sprint, McDonalds, Diageo, LiveStrong, and the March of Dimes among others.

We will celebrate the success stories of Maria Salinas Univision Emmy Award Journalist, Nely Galan Founder of the Adelante Movement, Emilio Estefan 19th Time Grammy Winner and Cesar Milan Dog Whisperer, Star of National Geographic Wild , who will all be receiving the Latinovator Awards.

Exciting times for Latina Bloggers as they get the red carpet VIP treatment because Hispanicize 2012 has made it a priority to showcase the most talented Bloggers in our industry. In addition, special VIP parties for Bloggers have been planned for social networking with brands who are looking to meet and know more about different bloggers platforms for near future collaboration opportunities.

I am thrilled to have been invited to speak at Hispanicize on two panels with remarkable talented colleagues on Thursday, April 12: “Red Carpet Rumba” from 12:45pm to 1:40pm and “The Art of Community Building on Twitter” from 3:10pm to 4:05pm.

Another layer to this visionary event is the fact that film has been included in the mix with The National Latino Film Showcase Screenings and Sessions to take place during the 4 day event.

On closing night Friday, April 13, Hispanicize 2012 and Being Latino will team up to bring an unprecedented screening of “Scarface” presented by the legendary HATUEY Cuban-Style Ale to an ocean-side mansion benefit for ArtesMiami, Inc., the South Florida non-profit organization dedicated to developing South Florida as a cultural center with a special focus on Hispanic culture.

Let me share some Latino humor: “Scarface” parody YouTube video produced by Digibunch:

For my closing I would like to share a podcast interview about Hispanicize 2012 event created by the wonderful team at Spark Tech Talk where Manny Ruiz talks about his vision, Karen Comas Social Media Director of Telemundo discusses their views as sponsors of Hispanicize and I talk about my speaker participation as a latina digital influencer.

Hope to see you all at this amazing event where we will learn and have the best social networking time ever WEPA!
