Miami Sizzling to the beat of Hispanicize 2013

So much information to share so just where do I start, well you are probably familiarized with SXSW right? It is an annual music, film and interactive 10 day conference/festival held in Austin and in Manny’s owns words: Hispanicize is SXSW meets the US Latino. Hispanicize 2013 will take place April 9-13, 2013 at the Eden Roc Hotel in Miami Beach. Five days of more than 100 sessions with the participation of the Who’s Who of Hispanic leaders, entertainment, film, music, marketing, bloggers and journalists. “The most innovative, fun and relevant US Hispanic experience for influencers in the US all at one place, at one time, in Miami Beach said Manny Ruiz”.

This event is hot wired for organizations and sponsors who use the platform to launch new products and to engage latino influencers. Some of the sponsors include Procter and Gamble, McDonald’s, United Healthcare, Ford, and Sherwin Williams just to name a few.

Sherwin-Williams will be launching an initiative titled “Mural for Morale” which will consist of creating an 8’ wall mural with different artists throughout the 5 day conference. Once completed, it will be auctioned to highest bidder and 100% will go to Aspira organization.

Session tracks include Interactive, Marketing/Media, Latinovators, Music and Film. FIVE days of 100+ Sessions, 260 Speakers including me :) WEPA! Expect to meet and interact with over 200 bloggers and 100+ journalists. CNN anchor Soledad o’Brien and Mike Valdes-Fauli are co-chair of Hispanicize 2013. Plenty of Parties and concerts will complete this extraordinary networking event.

A highlight for bloggers is the “Brands Love Bloggers” program spearheaded by Latino Mom Bloggers with sponsorships programs/contests to get bloggers to Hispanicize by brands like: Coca-Cola, MundoFox, Sherwin-Williams, Ford, The Clorox Company, Maseca, ViSalus, Transitions, NBC Latino, The Axis Agency, JeffreyGroup, Lanugo, Business Wire, PR Newswire and several more brands.

Advertising agencies were invited to participate “El Buen Pitch” like “The Apprentice”-style contest that will recognize one agency for creating the best marketing plan for a non-profit or charity serving Latino communities.

Startups and entrepreneurs will benefit from the 1st Annual Diversity Tech Leaders and Social Media Entrepreneurs Summit presented by Sprint.
