Dale Play: @CarlosVives Apple Music Event from Bogotá

Tienen Apple Music? Starting tomorrow, March 10th, members of Apple Music will be able to view Carlos Vives concert special Carlos Vives En Vivo en Bogotá.

The concert, which took place in front of 50,000 + people last August in Bogotá’s Estadio El Campín, is the very first Latin concert special to be offered by Apple Music and will be split into four parts, with one part becoming available each week through March 31st. The special will feature exclusive content like backstage interviews in addition to a ton of guest appearances by Michel Teló, Wisin, Daddy Yankee, ChocQuibTown, Fonseca, Maluma, y Andrea Echeverri, all artists with whom Vives has collaborated in the past.

The launch of the Apple Music event is one more achievement that Vives can add to his already amazing year. It was just last month that @webcitygirls was in attendance at American Airlines Arena to witness an unforgettable performance of his beloved hits at Premio Lo Nuestro alongside fellow Colombian artists como J Balvin, Juanes, y Maluma.

He was then honored at the show con el Premio a la Excelencia in recognition of his successful career, which now spans 30 years with more than 30 million records sold worldwide. Previous winners of the prestigious award include Celia Cruz, Gloria Estefan, Juan Luis Guerra and Marc Anthony. ¡Qué compañía!

Following Premio Lo Nuestro, his most recent single “Las Cosas de la Vida” hit No. 1 on Billboard’s Latin Airplay chart, becoming his 11th song to reach that position.

And the celebration will continue in Miami. Vives will bring sus ritmos tropicales back to AmericanAirlines Arena on Friday, May 6th. Titled Carlos Vives-La Fiesta de Todos, the show promises to be one of the most anticipated events of the year.
