Rubén Blades is one of the most internationally celebrated salsa singers to date, and on August 27, he’ll bring his “Caminando, Adiós y Gracias” tour to Miami.
With a career that spans more than 50 years and 50 albums, the 14-time Grammy Award-winner has been an important figure in the development of salsa as a musical genre and is also recognized for his work as a politician and advocate.
Thankfully for his fans, although the tour is his final tour of salsa concerts, he is not saying farewell to music, which he has consistently used as a platform to highlight and create discussion around important social issues and problems in Latin America.
You can’t miss this unforgettable show. Blades will perform his greatest salsa hits at Bank United Center at the University of Miami in Coral Gables on August 27 at 8 PM. He’s even bringing along a very special guest, Victor Manuelle! Get tickets at bankunitedcenter.com or at the ticket counter. If you’re going to the show, we want to know! We love his beautiful 2015 collaboration with Diego Torres. Es la canción perfecta for summer Sundays
