 I met a very interesting group of professional women who are creating an impact online with their creativity and leadership through the amazing power of connectivity on social networks,.  I connected with Julia Suzuki and Millie Cooper and we immediately bonded via my dream MOVEMENT #BeNumberless. We also had something in common the wonderful Chris Windley, a digital strategist. Thank you so much Chris for supporting and following webcitygirls// evolution as a social brand, creating innovative digital fun strategies while producing engaging content. Julia Suzuki is a British fantasy author. She is known for her unique style; threading together adventure and suspense in magical, epic setting, with plots that are topped off with beautiful messages. Julia’s works are nostalgic to the older reader, and exciting to the younger. By her ability to touch the emotions Julia climbs into the readers soul bringing about excitement, hope and promise as well as new ways of thinking. Influencer Marketing at @AHAA #AhaaFuture 2016

 Last week, dressed by fabulous Venezuelan designer Viviana Gabeiras, I attended AHAA The Voice of Hispanic Marketing 2016 Annual Conference where Digital advertising was front and center with discussions about seamless integration of influencers who are changing the marketing landscape with unprecedented speed. I got to create interesting content and learn how media companies and brands are integrating Influencer Marketing into their overall strategy online. The opening reception included an awesome performance with famous brother duo Mau and Ricky Montaner which set a wonderful tone for the next two days of the conference. Me, Mau and Ricky Montaner: Next day I met Clorox , CMO Eric Reynolds  and asked him about influencer marketing: I was fortunate to be sitting close to Wendy Clark, CEO DDB North America, and introduced myself right before her keynote at AHAA. Wendy was attentive as I talked about my global movement for women #BeNumberless. Cut to Wendy’s keynote and as she talked about content creators she mentioned my name!!! Grateful for the good impression I created in Wendy during our short conversation. Wendy is a brilliant mind who shared her 100 days experience in new CEO position at DDB North America with valuable insights to learn from. Wendy is an incredible role model that leads by example and walks the talk!!! Wendy took a picture with me, supporting #BeNumberless Movement: One the most important messages Wendy Clark shared at AHAA Conference:  “Speed is the currency of business”. “Speed is impacting everything we do in advertising” Two other quotes that I loved from Wendy Clark: Content creators are not household names they are ‘handheld names’ ~ @wnd @AHAA #ahaafuture  Lin Manuel Miranda is one the most brilliant and creative minds of our times ~ @wnd @AHAA  And talking about content creators another great panel titled: “Looked Into How Influencers Are New Taste-Makers Marketing Industry” with Luis Balaguer CEO Latin We, Ariadna Gutierrez Miss Colombia and Juan Pablo Zurita social media super star. Juan Pablo talked about branded content and how his brand integrated seamlessly:  Luis Balaguer had great information to share about the evolution of Latin We and TOP Latin American Influencers becoming HUGE Media Stars. Latin We has become a media company reaching millions and millions online through clever social media strategies. Loved this panel and enjoyed moderator and friend Raul García. Cuando usar el hashtag #SerSinNumero ?

 Una amiga me pregunto como podía integrar el nuevo concepto #SerSinNumero a su conversación en la redes para compartir con su audiencia. Me puse bien contenta porque la reacción de las mujeres, hombres y celebridades ha sido increíble. Las mujeres se siguen integrando y muy agradecida a Chiqui Delgado que nos grabo un video diciendo que se identificaba con el movimiento #SerSinNumero totalmente, ya que no te define ni el peso, ni la edad, se define en tu talento, tu disciplina y perseverancia. Chino y Nacho también se sumaron y grabamos un video con unas palabras hermosas de lo que realmente es importante de un ser humano y definitivamente están de acuerdo que no nos define el número de la edad. Chicas a usar el hashtag #SerSinNumero en las redes para que JUNTAS intentemos cambiar la percepción de la sociedad y los medios, que cesen de juzgarnos por el número de la edad. Que paren de limitarnos ya que somos seres de energía con actitud positiva, talento y mucho más!!! Cuando escuches comentarios negativos o crueles sobre la edad de personas o artistas coméntalo en las redes y usa el hashtag #SerSinNumero. Me encantaría que la sociedad dejara de referirse a mujeres de cierta edad como VIEJA, esta palabra la queremos eliminar del diccionario porque alimenta un concepto equivocado. Mi lema es que mientras mas la sociedad nos limite mas deseos y mas fuerza me dan para emprender nuevas oportunidades y sueños nuevos. He sido IMPARABLE hasta conseguir todo lo que me propongo en lo profesional y lo personal. Únete al movimiento y a compartir tu sentir en las redes sociales. Usa el hashtag #SerSinNumero en las redes en conversaciones como: Te ves mucho mas joven que tu edad A pesar de sus tantos años Estas muy mayor para salir con ese hombre Te estas comportando con una jovencita Tu no tienes edad para vestirte de esa manera Estas mayor para conseguir ese trabajo No te estas comportando según tu edad Por favor participa conmigo y enviame tus comentarios e historias de cómo el movimiento #SerSinNumero te impacta positivamente para ser IMPARABLE con todo lo que quieras lograr en tu vida okis. What Does #BeNumberless Mean?

 I’ve spent more than a decade doing the opposite of what society and culture allows a woman to do depending on her age. It turns out that for society, culture, and HOLLYWOOD, your age is like a disease. It’s a number with an expiration date. The bigger the number, the bigger the limitations on finding a job in the corporate world; and if you are in the entertainment world, good luck being considered. I shared my new lifestyle concept #BeNumberless in a heartfelt interview with the sensational actress, host and influencer Gaby Espino with the hope that, through the power of social media, we can change society’s perception of the number age and instead refocus on who we are as human beings and the goodness we bring to the world. In speaking with my dear friend Marger, who is a talented singer beyond belief, I have learned that she has also had to deal with a lifetime of challenges brought upon her by her age as well as the limitations imposed on her by society because of it. When she was 24 years old, the entertainment industry said she was already too old to be successful, but she beat the odds and made her dream her reality. When discussing time, she told me: “Time does not really exist. Time is the speed of light and gravity. The speed of light is a reality; it is a mathematical equation.” So if time doesn’t really exist, then age must not exist either. Right? Society tells us how we should dress, how we should feel and look, and we are criticized if we date younger or older men depending on our number. I firmly believe that our society and culture have turned age into a life sentence, forcing limitations upon us after we reach a certain number. Therefore, the #BeNumberless movement aims to both change the critical mentality in our culture regarding a woman’s age and to encourage the world to STOP defining us by a number, an obstacle faced by women of all ages every day. I am living proof that in life one is not defined by the number of years lived in this world. I created my reality by having a strong will and the determination to defy the odds against me. After 20 years as an entrepreneur owner of an international production company, I started a new career and a new business model to reinvent myself in the digital world, proving that anyone can start a new dream without fears of being told you are too young or too old.
