M83’s latest Album, “Be Quick, We are Dreaming”, is really a refreshing mixture of electronic pop and ambient music that relaxes its listeners without falling using their focus. Featuring soft rock vocals, synthesized tunes, and straightforward, driving beats, French artist Anthony Gonzalez has effectively reinvented and reinvigorated the spirit from the DX7 pop music from the 1980’s this album gives mind. “Be quick, We are Dreaming” features tracks tailored as dance house favorites, for example their hit single “Night time City”, whilst including more avant garde show pieces, like “Raconte-Moi Une Histoire”, that displays Anthony’s range as both a painter as well as an performer.
